There is one (1) AUDIO Cu Home transmitter (TX) unit that is required for each audio system. AUDIO Cu Home’s TX utilizes the HDMI eARC output from the TV, decodes the sound, and moves the audio data through the power lines to each channel AUDIO Cu Home receiver (RX) unit. The AUDIO Cu Home TX is essentially replacing the AVR to distribute the intended sound to each speaker or subwoofer at the time it is to broadcast it. AUDIO Cu Home can detect noise on the powerlines from devices such as vacuum cleaners, blow dryers, washing machines, and more household devices to determine the best way to send the packets of audio to the channel without any lag or hiccup in sound performance.
